Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates charged are based on the weight of your products and your shipping location. Before the final checkout page you will be able to review the shipping cost before confirming your purchase.  

Standard 1st class USPS shipping fees apply on all other purchases. Express shipping is available upon request.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• United States Postal Service (USPS)
• FedEx

Order Tracking
When the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders
If an item is on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Clothing
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt and have the option to:

• Exchange the item for a different size/color if stock is available; or
• Receive a store credit to be applied toward any other item on the website.

CD’s and Download Music and Cards
Once opened or activated, CD’s, download cards and downloaded music cannot be returned. However, if you have problems activating a download card, simply email the code on the back of the card or other proof of purchase to merch@fredyonnet.com and we will issue you a new code via email.

Harmonicas
Just like it’s unsanitary to share a toothbrush, it’s unsanitary to swap or share harmonicas. Once opened or used, harmonicas cannot be returned unless they are found to have a physical and significant manufacture’s defect. If harmonicas are found to be faulty, you can return them to be repaired or replaced within 30 days of purchase.

In case you need to make a return, please do the following:

1. Email merch@fredyonnet.com to request an exchange and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail the item(s) to be returned to:
   FYI Merchandise
   Exchange Department

   Washington, DC 20013

3. Include in your package:
   1. Contact information
   2. A copy of your receipt
   3. A signed letter stating the tracking number and the reason for your return.
   4. Contact information to include phone number and address to ship replacement item(s).

A replacement of refund will be issued within 5-7 days.

We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your billing and shipping addresses, email address and credit card information.

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, note the web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
